What we collect

• Your email address, if you enter it to unlock a full report
• The store or feed URL you submit for an audit
• The results of that audit (score, category, feed checks)
• Your IP address, used for rate limiting

Why we collect it

We use this data to deliver the audit you requested, to prevent abuse of the free tool, and — if you gave us your email — to contact you about your results and our product. That's it.

Where it lives

Data is stored in Supabase, our database provider. Audit queries are processed by Anthropic's API to generate the AI shelf check — the category we infer for your store is sent to Anthropic as part of that processing.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data. To anyone. Ever.

How long we keep it

Rate-limiting records (IP and domain counters) expire within 24 hours. Emails, submitted URLs, and audit results are kept until you ask us to delete them or we no longer need them to operate the service.

Deleting your data

Email hello@rankaxis.io from the address you want removed and we'll delete everything we hold about you.
